Counting the Omer – Day 2

Counting the Omer – Feeding the Land, not the Landfill

We will count the Omer for 7 weeks. As we count, we will learn how we can connect to our Jewish traditions and care for the Earth by the simple act of composting.  Each week will have a theme and this week’s theme is Composting as an Expression of Our Jewish Values.

Watch this brief video to learn about Noah composting on the Ark and a few ways we can compost today.

Then scroll down to count today’s Omer.
