Join us at the temple for a Lag b’Omer picnic May 19 at 6pm. We will put our food waste into the temple’s new compost bin and say the Shehechyanu together.

Blessing for Day Thirty Two
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָֽׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּֽנוּ עַל סְפִירַת הָעֹֽמֶר.
Baruch atah Adonai Eloheinu melech ha-olam asher kid’shanu b’mitzvotav vitzivanu al s’firat ha-omer.
Blessed are You, Adonai our God, Sovereign of the universe, who makes us holy with mitzvot, and commands us concerning the counting of the Omer.
הַיּוֹם שְׁנַֽיִם וּשְׁלֹשִׁים יוֹם שֶׁהֵם אַרְבָּעָה שָׁבוּעוֹת וְאַרְבָּעָה יָמִים לָעֹֽמֶר.
Hayom sh’nayim ushloshim yom shehem arbaah shavuot v’arbaah yamim la-omer.
Today is thirty-two days, which is four weeks and four days of the Omer.
